Diamond Corp is about to announce plans for a 6- to 14-storey development to the immediate west of this, between Eastern, Gilead and King. Lots happening around here.

LPAT has just approved this proposal on appeal.

Confirmed with the planner: this project has been cancelled.

Looks like they’re preparing the site for shoring. Murmurs of the long Fresh building next door getting redeveloped soon, too.
