I just wished they had done something more creative with the mechanical box. It just sits there like a grey lump on an otherwise interesting building. Even extending the vertical columns so they attached to the mechanical might have added more visual interest.

I’m with you. The huge, grey mechanical box looks awful. They had a chance to really make this building stand out with an interesting crown and likely chose the cheapest option.

Agreed. The render shows curtain wall glass. If they had actually used curtain wall, this building would have been a much better addition to the area.
