Thank you for linking to our tweets. We have uploaded 4 new high res renders over on the M3 Condos page at TalkCondo - the exterior renderings and a couple shots from grade. Mansoor Kazerouni from IBI confirmed today that the steps at the top of the tower will in fact be terraces.

We were told that they held a design competition for Phase 3. This may have been one of the submissions that did not get selected.

The team at M City recently held an sneak peak event for a handful of the top brokers from Phase 1 & 2. Myself along with the team from Big City Realty were there. We were not told an exact floor count, but were told it would be be "over 80 floors". The text over lay on the image shown...

It is a new release - it's the third release of Lakeside called the "PARK SUITES" which are the suites in the podium (the boot portion that runs north/south) The floor plans are available here: https://www.talkcondo.com/toronto/lakeside-residences/floorplans/

This will be marketed and launched as M2M Condos. We will have more details on it in the coming days. First tower will be launching in the spring with 810 condominium suites.

Thank you for sharing. Regarding your second point - I don't think we will see the 95 storey tower as early as you are suggesting. I think it is about a year away even if phase 1 sold out in one day. I would expect it next fall. Phase 1 will begin construction in the Spring.
