    I noticed in the plans they removed a large section of retail spaces to make more room for parking... And there are also a certain % of ev parking spots in the plans, there are no chargers present anywhere on site. Is this usually something that gets added in afterwards? Seems odd.

    Did he rent the land next to Staples too? It's full of tractor trailers also. It's such an eye sore. Can they just put this mall out of its misery? It's like watching an old friend die a slow, painful death.

    Good to see more three bedrooms. Still hard to live in this area without a car unfortunately so the reduced parking can be challenging.

    I live in the area, I'm excited to see what opens in terms of restaurants. I don't step foot in Woodbine since it's a dead mall. I guess they are assuming folks gambling will shop.
