If you mean the directory number, I think it is "0000". That's what my guests used until we got the directory updated with our phone number so we could buzz them in directly.

If it puts your mind at ease, all of the defects noted on our PDI (missing mirror, missing island countertop etc) were fixed by the time we occupied except for some scratches on a cupboard . We of course found some other issues that we needed to list on our 24 hour form and 30 day Tarion form so...

I definitely have the issue with the bathroom sink splashing everywhere. I find turning the faucet slightly to the left or right helps a bit so the water hits at a different angle but it's still pretty bad. I put it on my 30 day form but I don't know if there's much to be done about it other...

My den does not have a ceiling light fixture although the agreement says there should be one so I guess I will be emailing them to follow up on this. Thanks for pointing it out - I had forgotten the original agreement said there would be a light fixture in the den! @fooman all of the issues...

I only got the PDI documents last Wednesday surprisingly and it was quite minimal but here are two photos. My island countertop seems to be missing like other people's but just to spice things up, my bathroom mirror is also absent haha .

Did anyone receive a call from "Sandra with Rogers"? She called saying they were offering special phone/internet rates in an agreement with the builder for the first year after move-in. This is my first pre-construction condo and with so many spam calls these days, I wasn't sure if this was legit.
