Yes this is correct. Being that there are 15 storeys that date is definitely the occupancy date. Final closing should occur roughly 1-3 months after this date once everybody is moved in and everything is finalized with the City of Toronto. I would anticipate early 2013...

I am wondering if anybody on this site is familiar with the average lease rate for a food court unit roughly 300-400 sf located in the high traffic areas (malls, Toronto Path, etc) Downtown? Looking for a total avg monthly cost so lease + TMI. Would really appreciate your input...

I am on the 4th floor...my PDI is scheduled for July 26th and occupancy August 9th so things seem to be on track. Carturo - I wasn't able to view your pictures either...

Got an email yesterday confirming my occupancy date and PDI. The official address of the Bathurst building will be 95 Bathurst St. It also looks like 'final closing' will take place shortly after all units have taken occupancy.

Any recent news on this project? I'm guessing since we're inside the 3 month window they are on target for occupancy in the Bathurst building? Maybe no news is good news....

What floor are you on Jonny? I got a notice today of a registered letter waiting for me at Shoppers Drug Mart. I'm guessing that will be my notification also...looks like everybody is delayed 2 months give or take. I was really hoping to get in there for start of summer...

June 4th...so far there has been nothing to tell me that the date has changed. Will keep you posted if I receive any additional info...

There is no confirmation of this as of yet. Carturo mentioned he got one for his unit recently but he is the only one who has said anything. I am on a higher floor than him and have not received anything.

Has anybody else received a letter of delayed occupancy in the Bathurst building? Carturo had mentioned he received one for the 2nd floor delaying occupany for 2.5 months. I'm on the 4th/5th floors and haven't received anything...

Does anybody know how soon the PDI's typically take place before the closing date? I actually went through this process with my current condo but can't seem to remember as it was almost 5 years ago...
