It's an egregious assault on the heritage of this city, province and country. The Ford Gov't is in full contempt of its own planning policy and Growth plans.
Heritage and growth are not mutually exclusive.

if you click on the various application numbers above the description, you'll get the docs relevant to those applications. Its a bit of a mess but once you learn it, it works well enough.
It's got potential to still be interesting and great, but I worry we are heading for a "barcode spandrel" feel. Please let that not be the case when better renders come out.
