I looked at the rendering, then I looked at the actual cladding, then I looked at the rendering again. I really think the actual product looks better than the rendering. Allied/Westbank is doing some amazing job AGAIN

Regardless of the controversies and whatnot about Lamb, I really like his projects. The quality of the cladding is rock solid.

Personally, I am a bit disappointed as it doesn't seem that retail is a big focus in East Habour (only 264,000 square feet of total retail GFA). With its size and transit potential, I was hoping it could be a shopping & food epicenter/destination, rather than a typical mix-used community.

When is the whole project (at least the King College Circle) expected to complete? Are we talking about 2022/2023 or many years from now? My cousin will graduate next year, wondering where the convacation will take place.

Knowing that it is Allied that leads this redevelopment, I am very confident

Only wish there is a pedestrian walkway connecting the King and the Well. It would be a new shoppers' paradise.

as long as a significant portion of the new builds is reserved for affordable housing, the redevelopment and densification of that stretch can only be a good thing.

I have to agree. Theatre Park, King Charlotte, Harlowe are just some examples of top-notch downtown condos. Excellent quality in cladding and in interior furnishing, gas cooktop, abundant elevators, great soundproof, harwood flooring, etc. For my 15 years in the city, I lived in more than 8...

The rendering would be so much off from reality. plus this project does not comply with tall building guidelines in almost every aspect.
