That sux, I would agree that it is not ready if it does not have fridge and washer, I would explore refusing to move in and make them pay for the delay and any other encountered expenses, not sure how easy is that.

Anyone got adjustments for the final closing, I got development charges of just over 15K for 1+1. Is it because I got it on assignment or everyone is being charged that much for development fees?

Fewer agents = more profit. I did buy a few assignments without an agent, but if I was selling I would offer an incentive to buying agent but get rid of selling one. Bunch of assignments oriented facebook groups where tons of agents and no agents looking for deals.
Does anyone have information on how many total parking spots are available in the building is it worth it to purchase it for 65K or not in this building?
