So for the last two weeks there have been so many trucks on site with a bunch of pipes and what not, and there seems to be motors running for most of the day. I'm just curious, does anyone know what kind of work they would be doing on the site that would require so many drilling trucks and...

Heard on the grapevine that this won't be going ahead as planned due to the presence of a large city sewer line on the site. Not sure how they can accommodate this one, unless they switch to fewer stories and no garage basement. Maybe they turn it into luxury condo townhomes

The plaza is now permanently closed off. Not sure if the plaza is getting bulldozed now, but everything is now closed

If it's going to take that long for the west tower I hope they at least have some tenants in that building. Are there plans to incorporate the existing structure? From my view it is a bit rough

Can anyone share what those black patches are on the white sheets? I'm looking at the live site right now and it looks like they are placed randomly
