What is the reason why buildings are getting registered without being close to completion or fully occupied...

Wow. That happened so fast. People only started occupying the building in Feb. I thought the building needs to be fully occupied, or close to it, before getting registered .

So question, is X2 Condos now registered?

I agree, the two bedroom tower units are cramped. The pillars particularly are annoying and just wastes space. I find the one bedroom and one bedroom plus den units have more livable spaces . Have u seen the larger 2 storey units on the 8th floor? Those units would have larger living room...

Agreed. Interior finishes of X2 turned out better than X, Couture, Charlie, and Casa in my opinion.

I guess we just have to wait until the builder announces which companies will occupy the retail space. Probably not until sometime next year. I am hoping we get Aroma or Fresh N Wild. Keeping my fingers crossed. I am hoping we don't get the typical dry cleaners or convenience store.

Yes I got my letter saying that my firm occupancy date is now May 5, 2015 instead of July 2015. I have an 03 unit also on the 43rd floor. Someone asked about the brand of the refrigerator . The brand is Bloomberg if I recall correctly .

thx for all the great pics. It looks like they have completed the 49th floor (final residential floor) and now working on the Mechanical penthouse but I'm not 100% sure. Can somebody please confirm.
