i just hope its not an eyesore as one of my balconies faces the future building.. i live on parkview across the street. i haven't seen any workers all week yet.. but i imagine them to show up anyday now

im renting out m2 unit 709... 1 bed+den 2 bathroms 780 sq ft

after much dilebation i decided not to move in and stay on my yonge and empress condo... because its a little bit bigger. I do like that I know a lot of people in M2 and it would save me a bit of money monthly but it's just not worth the move and renting out my yonge st condo... so soon I'll be...

i live in and around that area... I looked at Avondale and the biggest turnoff was the fact you can only escape 1 way when driving!!! it takes FOREVER!!! i live right beside northtown way on parkview and the traffic is extremely bearable

just got my keys yesterday on the 7th floor aswell.....

im moving to young and empress area where the loblaws is. and it seems like that is my only option.... has anyone ever shopped at that particular one?

your parking space will go up in value just like the condo will.......

yorkmills near bayview is a nice wealthy area... low crime
