The lender has pulled out apparently and there are plenty of lean on the project. I would imagine if anyone buys this land they would relaunch the project than keep the existing contracts, especially given the increase in condo prices.

According to the staff report, it looks like it's a mixed use building with ground floor commercial and residential above. I like how they designed the town homes to face the side Street instead of Sheppard.
