I am thinking to move to the Lakeview / Mississauga, only 500m north of Lakeshore and just wondering are spiders still a problem in the area ?

I got this date from the builder. Suites on lower floor may have earlier occupancy date, my unit is on 30+. floor

There are 2 on going construction at broadway and redpath area. (Citylights and 150 Redpath). Apparently this will be the 3rd. Traffic will be much more crazy.

Shrinking floor heights make sense. Ceilings are 8.6 for most of the floors.

Number of storey has changed. It will be 37 storey not sure about the height
