Not so bizarre. Rather clever. Soho has long stood for the area north of Queen. By saying its South Soho, it starts to brand the neighbourhood south of queen, yet north of King.

Ha, ha! You do sound like the chap that could expectorate quite far. But suggest you do it outside the niagara neighbourhood. I remember it well. Nice people there. Nice friendly community. What about them? What about things the relationship to neighbouring residences, what about the condo...

hum.. not so much as an infill as a spillover, then. too bad they didn't reference the tidy harmony of the new townhouses to the east, which would have provided a smoother, more harmonious segue into the traditional neighbourhood. I think that's why the bylaw was drafted in the first place...

oh, sorry... i was commenting on the by-law they drafted. I recall living there and going to community meetings, about the vision for the neighbourhood, and etc...You know all that stuff, heritage, height, density, blah, blah... You can pretty much see the intent of it with a little stroll...

come clean? "come clean... what's your situation...?" Sheesh! i don't have a situation. But on the other hand, I might be well-situated to comment. But the comment is already made.

! "so much heed, they have to go to committee of adjustment". that makes me laugh.

There is actually a zoning by-law in place concerning this neighbourhood. But it appears nobody decided to pay any heed.
