As a Pre-Construction broker, I use it primarily to get a better understanding of what's in the pipeline
Helps to educate clients more accurately on potential view obstructions, re-development in the neighborhood, etc...
Prices launched lower than expected starting at $1205 PSF for 2 Beds. "Low" by current pre-construction standards. Definitely going to sell out of the <$1.5M suites quickly.

No, I don't have the overall mix. My assumption would be that the massive 8-storey podium is where those unit numbers are made up for.
What I can tell you for certain is that floors 8-34 are 10 units, 38-55 is 8 units, and 55-64 is 5 units.
