The hate is very concentrated, and it doesn't help to persuade anyone who is on the fence. If you're trying to decide who to vote for, someone spewing hate at you isn't going to make you want to back their candidate. Conservatives have a strong base, but I don't see how it can grow.

Walked through today, and saw a Tim Hortons going in next to the Avis. Sweet! This corner was in desperate need of a Timmys :-)

That structure on the North-West corner will be a new McDonalds. They are relocating there from a few doors away. The new one will include all the fancy McCafe stuff - couches, TVs, Triple-Foamy-Frappa-Latte-Mochaccinos...

Saw some steel beams going up today on this site. Looks like McDonald's will be be moving to the corner soon.

I would definitely download this app. I'd be ok with it being free and ad supported. I would also purchase it if it were exceptionally high quality, ad-free, and less than $5.

Its not so bad if you turn left onto Yonge at Avondale (@Starbucks, where there is a traffic light) instead of Glendora (@Friendly Grek, where there is no light)
