Ive noted some work being done on that man made mountain of dirt in front of credit ridge commons plaza (the plaza with walmart and home depot) not sure if its related to this.

theres a severe lack of safe pedestrian infrastructure in this area unfortunately. Hopefully we see a signal at Elbern Markell drive (where the high school is) so kids can safely cross, as well make it safer for cars to turn in and out of the school. the right lane on eastbound Bovaird drive...

Theres a subdivision of stacked townhomes across the street beside the old apple factory, wonder how that development + this are affected by 413

this is right in front a high school and around arrival/dismissal time it's just rows of cars blocking the turn lane and the 2 bus stops, theres no safe or convenient way to cross the street etiher, it's crazy!

Wow that's a half decent grid going, needs mixed uses tho (something the whole of brampton could benefit from)

denser housing like this is amazing to see. It has so much potential to be better if it had some corner stores and corner cafes
