Hey all, Long story short, I boguht a pre-con condo in June 2013 and have been having thoughts of selling that on assignment and buying a home in the next year or so. My question is really around whether I would still qualify for first time home buyer for the house if I were to sell this...

I think it just looks narrow because the wooden fence is blocking quite a bit of space on that ramp. I'm sure with mirrors, it is sufficient space and visibility for 2 way traffic.

I stand corrected. Besides the flooring, you're able to alternate between the Oxford and Madison kitchen counter tops but only if u choose one of those packages. I also opted to omit the back splash because theirs are honestly hideous.

^ thats amazing. I live beside the Ten York project and they are still below grade and their construction started before Musee I think.

I believe only the flooring is allowed to be mix and matched.

Thanks for posting the above. I'm definitely not a fan of any of those back splashes. I am leaning towards the left most package with a dark coloured flooring.

I'm on the mid level floors. That's also what I was told as well.

I was contacted to come in for colour selection in early March.
