Starting few days ago, the site was no longer a parking lot for builder workers. I see it's clearing the earth out and start the foundation maybe.

Current progress as of today.

According to my agent, it's not allowed to post for rent listing on MLS, however he sees no issue to start renting out the unit after taking the occupancy.

Two weeks apart from my last post, a bit more work done on the park.

It was once named as Canadian Tire Park as far as I remembered.

Looks like they are extending Esther Shiner and have it connected to Sheppard.

Have not been able to update this thread with a latest picture just taken today.

I didn't ask the Concord person I spoke to... all I was told it would be starting on Nov 17th.

Interim closing is on the way... as soon as Nov 17th! Long wait everyone, right?
