Someone else caught that on June 6 Looks like the price went up by a few million when it was last announced.

I've noticed this too. I wondered why Basil Box and IQ don't have internal access to the mall. It's only a few steps, but only having outside access seems quite limiting. Any one know how the L.A. Fitness is doing? I've known this mall since my partner used to work in the Cineplex Theatres. It...

While I would also enjoy an entirely underground pathway, is there not a barrier at the Beecroft Condos / Madison Centre? You need keyfob access somewhere in there.

This isn't going to be a popular opinion but I would prefer the new entrance over maintaining the artwork. I agree it's better than most found in TTC stations but I think the community is better served by more access to the subway.

A well known chicken company from the Philippines is going to open a location here. I think retail is doing well, but as others have said it is in a transitional period. I think a strong community presence and nearby transit will always make this an area of activity.

If there are investors out there who are swayed by anonymous comments made on the internet, I wouldn't want their money in the first place. I prefer a board of respectful discussion and critique rather than a cheerleading squad. Unless there's an actual serious matter that emerges, no...

I've known this area for 31 years. About 20 years ago the area north of Centre St west of Bathurst all the way to New Westminister used to be nothing but fields. Then they started building. Now there's retail, big box, parks, condos, townhouses, and an old-age home (a fancy one too). I remember...

I share my Presto MDP metropass with my family all the time - even coworkers so they can run errands during the day. Less worry if they lose it because it's registered. http://getpres.to/en/share-your-presto-card/ "You can share your PRESTO card, but two people cannot use it at the same time...

You can load a monthly TTC MDP Metropass onto a Presto card. I did it in early June. TTC is waiving fees for current MDP Metropass holders to make the switch.

Yonge Street, North York Streetscape Improvements

Agreed, and that's what my !personal! opinion has been all along is that the bike lanes are a nice extra to a street calming and neighborhood development measure - reduction of lanes on Yonge Street. As for nice quiet walks on the ring roads, walking east or west a few more meters yields a...

You devalue your multitude of posts with this statement. I live right on Yonge between Sheppard and Finch and I support Filion's plan. I'm not a special interest group. I'm a resident of this area who wants change.

Again, bike lanes are confusing the main issue of this neighborhood. Reduce to 4 lanes and the neighborhood experience will be improved immensely. Bike lanes or no.
