Just visited today. It's real nice (obviously since it's brand new lol). I can't see myself going to Whole Foods much anymore with Longos being available. Their food bar selection is a lot better and the prices are better as well (especially on meat).

No, it's another example in the difference between a well managed building like Hullmark and .... Emerald Park. It's about making the neighbourhood an attractive place to live. Especially when the residents here pay SO MUCH in maintenance fees. I love walking my dog around the building and...

Yeah it’s a nice looking building at a good location ruined by poor management and bad decisions. Even now, the property management company is absolutely terrible at running this building.

The food court is probably in the worst possible location for attracting foot traffic. It's kind of sad.
