    You will receive your firm occupancy date 3 months before your second occupancy date (sometime in sept i assume). My occupancy date was pushed out 10 weeks, assuming yours will be similar - block 15

    thats surprising - i thought PDIs are contractually supposed to be completed 2 weeks prior to occupancy date (dont quote me on it though lol)

    No firm occupancy yet but did get the tentative occupancy Nov 4 back in Jan - do you mind me asking when your firm occupancy date is?

    Received notice of delay today with my new occupancy date but i have doubts of this new date given the progess so far 🤔

    Hi hi! Thanks for reaching out, great to meet a future neighbour!! Our original occupancy date was Feb 2024 but with the delays I agree, it will probably be later in the year but im not complaining, hopefully gives some time for rates to drop a bit 😅 have you had your design appointment yet?

    Thank you! I had my PDI on Feb 5th and occupancy on March 19th, they sent my occupancy date in the mail on Feb 22. From what i gathered from this thread and my PDI - alot of people had their occupancy date 2-3 weeks after their PDI but mine was over a month
