For me it's a problem not with aftermarket headlights but with the manufacturers lights themselves. Some brands are worse offenders than others (Hyundai, Kia). It's also not limited to just trucks or SUVs - there are a number of cars as well that have lights focused higher up. I drive a Subaru...
