This was the post: They could still put a sign up at Dundas West telling people to continue to Kipling and catch the 900 so that their customers don't have to walk 5 minutes outside to the Bloor UP station only to realize it's closed and end up back on the TTC.

The surface portion is absolutely awful. I could have walked from Pharmacy to Hakimi Lebovic faster than the streetcar. People on my train were commenting that they should have taken the bus as it passed us.

GO actually had a direct bus from Square One to St Jacobs Market a few years ago, but I guess it wasn't that successful since they killed it.

I'm excited about a weekend morning trip to Kitchener! The current weekend service is useless to me since I live in Toronto.

These QR code readers are great when visiting a city. I can just buy a day pass on an app and it'll generate a QR code for me. Makes things so much easier (though daily fare capping with a credit card would be even better). In LA, you can buy a Metrolink day pass and it'll generate a QR code...

This was planned long before all this nonsense started happening. Also, I doubt preclearance is going anywhere.

Attempted to finally ride line 6 today to get to my parents' place in Brampton. Saw next trains in 14 and 18 minutes on the screens (with lots of people looking like they'd been waiting a while) and immediately went back down to the subway to take Zum from VMC instead since I wouldn't make it...

It would be hilarious if Temu actually decided to ad wrap the station.
