I do think Finch West is much more of a rapid transit line than Queens Quay and belongs on the map
This is not entirely up to date. A lot of the people on suburban TTC buses are commuting to Amazon and similar warehouse jobs. The load distribution on the 416 bus system in 2024 is different from what it was in 2019

You would need to get that tunnel deep enough to pass underneath Union subway station somehow. It's not cheaper than expanding the loop at the current elevation
I think nominal dollars is projecting inflation into the future and what the cost would be after projected future inflation in the year the expense will be incurred
