I haven't seen this one before so I think it recently went up, and it was definitely located near Kerr St. from where I saw it today.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe there is a crane onsite, I saw one in the area from the QEW today and there aren't any other active developments in the vicinity.

Just to clear things up, this is the same density as the previous proposal, just spread out over lower height towers. The number of units and site area are the exact same. I am curious how they managed to do this, I'm assuming there are more towers than before.

Oakville GO renovations starting this month! Can't find any specific diagrams or renders anywhere yet though.
