Yeah he's Croatian, pretty sure he is the highest donator at the Croatian Community Center on Greenhill Road, I only know because they post it on the wall when you walk in.

Today, compared to other buildings in the area, this one feels almost to close to the road.

Listings are saying January 2026 as the new Occupation date.

I always drive past this area to take my son to hockey at the quad pads. It looks almost done and I did see some chairs out on a couple of the patios, besides those few chairs on the patio it didn't look occupied to me.

FYI, I don't actually know if the 2 buildings are complete, last time I drove by it looked like they were still working on the exterior flashing in some sections.

2 of the 4 buildings are complete, they haven't started the other buildings yet, or has this been changed to 2 buildings?

Yeah, its been approx.19-20 months since shoring began to get to this point, I don't think Royal James Condos is a fair comparison, or maybe it is, but shoring started 7 months ago and that building, it isn't complete but at least it's erected. Are there more budgetary constraints on affordable...

Originally I thought this was suppose to be a rental, hopefully it still is.
