I remember city hall idiots implementing theses rules so if you want to see them do your own research.

I'm right, no one can build a building more than 30 stories in the downtown core thanks to the city hall idiots and now all we can build are short stubby buildings that look like crap. This restriction has been well documented.

Because city hall idiot put height restrictions on buildings in the downtown core and this is the reason the buildings look short and stumpy. Come on people get with the program.

I heard they are going to cancel the project next month...just saying.

I knew this wasn't going to get built because it was to beautiful. Toronto only builds cheap, small, and ugly, thanks mainly to city hall itiots.

I can't wait for this tower to go up. It looks like something Apple designed.

This building won't even make a dent in the Toronto skyline but it will be cute to look at when walking by when it's done.

Looks more like a gaint harmonica to me.

They finally painted the lines in for the all-way walk, now if they could only do this at Dundas and Yonge.

It is kinda boring, but the height is beautiful!

Wow, Yonge St looks small and inefficent with 2-way taffic. They should have it one direction going south and north on Bay St. then it would look cool and traffic would move fast.

I hope they build this awesome building(s) because it will take the attention away from those ugly 40-50 floor, cheap, glass towers in the surrounding area.
