Grumpy Middle-Aged Man on Snowflake Culture

@Admiral Beez I really like to know what are your thoughts about video games. In 2014, there was this controversy known as GamerGate whose supporters tend to be on the right. Me, I believe that video games should broaden its demographics.

Excluding food/bev and clothing, what bricks and mortar (offline) retailers do you shop at most?

I buy practically every inedible non-clothing item online these days. I treat Best Buy as a showroom (and purchase what I saw there on Amazon instead).

    Metrolinx: Presto Fare Card

It would be great if Presto cards for those eligible for the Fair Pass discount program (not just CNIB customers) have a different design. The Fair Pass design would be the same, regardless if applied through ODSP or Ontario Works. Why the same? It's to make things easier instead of having...

Ontario legalizing e-scooters!!! (Bird, Lime, segway, electric kickscooter, micro mobility, electric skateboards)

The Belt Line (both the Central and the West sections) has a maximum speed limit of 15 km/h. It would be great if e-scooters could automatically lower its speed limit to that, but raise its speed limit outside of the Belt Line.

TTC Headquarters Redevelopment 1900 Yonge (City of Toronto, ?s, ?)

Part of the busway (the one that holds the bus bay for 14 Glencairn) inside the building is closed for renovations.

Toronto Weston Flea Market future redevelopment (Old Weston Rd, n of St. Clair W, ?, ?s, ?)

It is unfortunate that the flea market will be defunct. I bought and traded used video games (mainly NES, SNES, and N64 games) there approximately two decades ago. There was one video game vendor who can get any console game at the time within two weeks, even very rare ones.

Looks like capsule hotels aren't coming to Toronto.

    Roadside Begging

Don't forget about how some people pay the homeless to line up for a product launch (often electronics such as new smartphones or video games) on their behalf.

For those who want that opal/ammolite look on a long-term basis, there's always those cases.

That is what I mentioned about 2.5 years ago:

Future of the York Memorial Collegiate building

The reconstructed York Memo, regardless of the options, should be designed to minimize noise from the station below.

    Downtown Yonge

There's still an evangelist, an Islamic counterpart of said evangelist, and a Falun Gong practitioner at Yonge-Dundas Square. It is interesting how they get along with each other, despite having different beliefs.
