North West corner of York Mills & Bayview was definitely a B/A gas station (later Gulf). The road ran behind it. Never knew the reason for it but the jog explains it all.

Wonderful! Someone from the kitchen of that establishment feeds the pigeons in the parket across the street - daily! Hopefully no one else takes over.........

My favorite is the roofing truck parked on Westwood Ave. beside the Florida restaurant (late afternoon) with the disabled parking permit. That one has to be legit. A block to the north at Floyd has patrons of the cafe lining the block with illegally parked vehicles all with disabled permits...
