Closing costs going way up. Concern?

I pulled those charges directly from my closing statement. I had no additional levies or development charges. From what I've read the developer will only charge you those levies if they've increased between when you sign your deal and when they receive the building permits. I could be wrong.

Toronto The Address at High Park | ?m | 12s | Chestnut Hill | BDP Quadrangle

I'm one of the purchasers. Here's what I can say about everything so far: The Good 1 - The communication with the builder has been pretty great with me. An example...my PDI was delayed a few days (2 business days) at the request of the builder. When I spoke with the representative on the...

Toronto The Address at High Park | ?m | 12s | Chestnut Hill | BDP Quadrangle

I had my PDI last week. I asked about the commercial spaces. One has been leased to a dentist and the other to a coffee shop. He wouldn't provide a name of the chain.

    Principle - Mortgage Renwal

Its not as straight forward as that. If you do a quick search for amortization tables you will find your answer. Using the data you provided and an assumed interest rate of 5% and monthly payments the balance at the end of 2 years using 20 year amortization would be $93,872. Payment...

    Elevator Constructors strike

Another one: http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2013/05/12/elevator_technicians_strike_leaves_man_worried_for_elderly_mother.html Roy Leffell went to visit his mom at her old-age home on Mother’s Day and, like a good son, left with a feeling of disquiet. All four elevators in her wing of the...
