looks great to me, dunno why all the complaints. Victorian era is long gone ( I love Victorians) but nobody builds them like that anymore, and Faux-Victorian is way way worse than this modern style!
Time for them to learn a new word :) In Hong Kong they also use the word "interchange station" so i'm sure alot of people will know what it means. Can't remember when I was in Singapore and Japan if they used Interchange Station as well...
everyone complain on the website, i put in my comments there about the design being "uninspired" and requesting something more modern...flood them with comments!
you forgot the negative aspect of being able to go to a negative balance is the hassles to clear the negative balance by having to go to union station (having to talk to a real person so that you pay the 2.50$ negative balance (or whatver fee you were last charged) + a 25 cent underbalance fee)...
hmmm if this is the case, i'm wondering how much each tap-in fare will cost, and how long will the time last on that tap before you have to tap again if making many short errands downtown?
seems to me one can scan their prestocard and get entry into the station, but how does one scan out? i don't see those prestocard scanners on the exit turnstiles?
anyone know the answer for this?
