yeah! that one called "pemberton". They’re just at concrete and windows right now, so let’s see how the finishes turn out. This developer cuts corners and goes with the cheapest materials, not really focused on the buyers.

I wish “balcony or no balcony” were the biggest problem in the market right now. We’ve got much bigger, more fundamental issues to deal with.
