Anyone want to set up a group chat? I recently downloaded FB messenger for another building that completed and has a group chat. I tried to make one for The Whitfield but couldn't figure it out lol. Also did anyone do their PDI yet? I see there are some options already for present.

I can, but I suspect others will have earlier occupancy dates since my unit is at the top. I am curious what the earliest occupancy date is though.

My occupancy is end of March, just got an email that PDIs will be 4-6 weeks in advance of occupancy. Does anyone have an earlier occupancy date? I am curious how crammed the dates will be.

I think best thing to do is to document everything. Put in writing you wanted a pdi and weren't given an opportunity. Make sure to take pictures and email them, then file anything with tarion immediately. They do have requirements based on regulations in Ontario. They're supposed to give notice...

So is anyone actually getting occupancy this week? If they delay firm occupancy date without 10 days notice don't they have to pay two different penalties, one for being late and one for delaying firm date? I think $150 per day each to a cap or $7500 each?

I just got mine, updated to end of October

I think lower floors in really tall condos have thicker walls which take longer to dry.

If this gets dragged on until February I will have hit 7 years since buying
