Facade shots of 2 Sultan Street, a 6-story low-rise non-profit housing co-op located in the Bay / Bloor neighbourhood. I like this building ... very upper Manhattan. Not much information about it on the internet. A hidden gem !
Not easy to navigate King's College Circle with all the construction on the grounds and building reno/restoration happening. View from Convocation Hall looking northeast with condos along the Bay St. corridor from Bloor St. to Wellesley St. in the distance.
Actually I only processed in LR. They sky was clear blue which made it easy for a uniform black background. The patterns are stunning when viewed looking up and at various angles, especially the corners (sunglasses required !). I found the monochrome corner shots yield an almost optical illusion.
Two monochrome facade shots from the south side of Villiers Street between Cherry Street and Don Roadway. I couldn't help but notice the sign at 33 (a recording studio) with Art Deco font and glass blocks in the stucco wall, as well as the building with caged plywood. I assume these buildings...
