Thanks yyzer, I think that's it. I heard it from an analyst that I know from Tridel. He also mentioned that it would be the tallest condo in North America, at which point I laughed. Would that be possible?

Don't know where to post this question, but did anyone else hear of Tridel planning a 75 floor condo somewhere near the Gardiner?

As I mentioned in another thread I think the other two phases are going through as 400 (or 500 mil I forget) loan has been secured from CIBC. I know someone who worked on this deal.

I'm not sure if this is the tower, but a 470 million loan has been secured for a building on bay and Adelaide.

Or sign a 50 year contract for supplying the replacement materials at a fixed cost like the original RBC building with gold plated windows. Never seizes to amaze me.

Are the ventilation pipes permanent? And do you have a choice in your kitchen's lay out?

If this was happening 4 years from now, I would really consider buying a residence in this project. Only a higher floor though to eliminate the Gardiner. Ice is second to only Ritz on my dream of bachelor dwellings. Maybe tied for second with L tower.
