    I'll be very interested to see what kind of cap rate will be applied to this sort of investment. The Province offers a near perfect credit rating, and if they're signing 25 year leases it will be almost like buying a 25 year government bond. Current over 10-year Government of Canada bonds...

    I've been wondering about this property too...doesn't seem like its buttoned up under one ownership yet. The sale referenced above was for the building on adelaide and one of the row houses. No indication of a transfer of the parking lot. Anybody seen any applications or heard any gossip?
