I spotted mobile/remote operated security cameras on site today. I'm going to speculate that any day now the construction equipment/trailers will be set up on site to begin the big dig.

Can anyone explain the illegal parking by 5207 Dundas Street? When I travel down this street I get stuck if there is a car coming from the opposite direction. I have seen these cars ticketed by parking enforcement only once and the illegal parking has been happening a long time. Hmmmmmm...

Nice Photo just before construction starts! What's happening with that parcel of land above the New Etobicoke Centre property? To the right of the park? Haven't seen any renderings with what's happening there. Is it private land?

Going to miss my 24 hour Shoppers Drug Mart. Talked to store manager. They hope to be incorporated in the ground level retail. He said the issue will be where can they occupy a temporary Shoppers location close by during construction.

Has a general contractor been approved/awarded for this project. I searched but could not find this. Thanks

For the Six Points Parks survey, I suggested that Gazebos with seating, would be a good fit at each park to provide shade and places of gathering. Smaller parks with small Gazebos and larger parks with large Gazebos. We will see what happens...

With the housing now planning currently going through the process for six points, how is the skyrocketing costs of construction and building budgets going to impact the roll out of these projects? Huge projects are being scaled back or outright cancelled!
