I've already seen T&T house-brand products (and even entire shelves) at various Zehrs' outside of the GTA. Visibility has grown in the last year.
If the store is filthy, Loblaws has enough money to hire a third party to shine it all up quickly.

Re-Zoning application notice went up last week on the Kenneth side of the building. It's a very temporary sign being held in place by two "bucket" concrete feet.
Lots of repairs being done to the "tiles" at the front of the building that got all smashed up from winter and the core-drilling they...
Locals living here kept thinking shovels would be in the ground by 2022... Never happened... I haven't been back since last year but it wouldn't surprise me if that site was still in limbo.
I was watching them from my window last week .... a truck came in and dumped a few loads of dirt, then a guy in a Bobcat drove around the perimeter dropping piles and tamping them down all along the fence-line. Is that blue thing in the front a monitoring device or monitoring "well?"
There's a short building right across the street (on what's known as "Leona Drive" from this that is boarded up and being advertised as a new condo development.
On the east side of that street there's a short office building and the street dead-ends to whatever that parkette (sliver?) is before...
