Updated documentation posted to the Toronto website and a "willingness to work with the city" through WMD consultant firm. https://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2025/ph/comm/communicationfile-200660.pdf

    Mayor Olivia Chow's Toronto

My goodness that's a whole article of fail. Unfortunately, that is what happens when you gut a newspaper of all their journalists and editors. What language is "Let's grown..." right there in a bold heading? The gondolas to Toronto Island is hilarious. Wouldn't that cross a still-in-use...

I'm surprised those houses are still there. 35 years ago they were in rough shape.

Pre-merit hearing with OLT on 110 was this morning... nothing posted to the case system yet, though.

Isn't section 22(7) for cases that took too long to reach a decision by the city? Does this count? Or is this just a formality?

North York City Centre (Yonge & Sheppard)

I'm not surprised. It never seemed to be busy after the initial opening hype.

North York City Centre (Yonge & Sheppard)

I've already seen T&T house-brand products (and even entire shelves) at various Zehrs' outside of the GTA. Visibility has grown in the last year. If the store is filthy, Loblaws has enough money to hire a third party to shine it all up quickly. It's entirely possible that they may rebrand just...

Adopted refusal with lawyers letters: https://secure.toronto.ca/council/agenda-item.do?item=2025.NY25.11 The poor rezoning application sign is having a tough time. It's blown over on its face nearly every time I go by.

Re-Zoning application notice went up last week on the Kenneth side of the building. It's a very temporary sign being held in place by two "bucket" concrete feet. Lots of repairs being done to the "tiles" at the front of the building that got all smashed up from winter and the core-drilling they...

    Exhibition Place

It is being advertised as a Hotel X space. So the majority of ExPlace will have nothing to do with it.

Locals living here kept thinking shovels would be in the ground by 2022... Never happened... I haven't been back since last year but it wouldn't surprise me if that site was still in limbo.

I was watching them from my window last week .... a truck came in and dumped a few loads of dirt, then a guy in a Bobcat drove around the perimeter dropping piles and tamping them down all along the fence-line. Is that blue thing in the front a monitoring device or monitoring "well?"

There's a short building right across the street (on what's known as "Leona Drive" from this that is boarded up and being advertised as a new condo development. On the east side of that street there's a short office building and the street dead-ends to whatever that parkette (sliver?) is before...

Didn't it spend a long time being beige along the Yonge Street facade when the theatres were there? It stood out because it was so "beige" ...
