    Granite is typically darker and busier. It looks like they want to go with a light, clean pattern.

    Real marble doesn’t wear well. It’s porous and will stain and chip over time. They should use quartz instead; it is much more durable. They can select something with a marble-like veining.

    This stretch of Davenport is basically becoming all high-end mid-rise. Now only if they could do something about that hideous gas station.

    We bought here as well and can’t wait to move in. Love the neighborhood and the fact that there are only a couple units per floor. Fit and finish looks to be quite high end as well. Can’t wait!
