Why do they have all those white plastic or aluminum frames around the windows? Why can’t it be seamless floor to ceiling glass, like you see in those modern California homes?
Is it just a cost thing, or are there regulations?

Real marble doesn’t wear well. It’s porous and will stain and chip over time.
They should use quartz instead; it is much more durable. They can select something with a marble-like veining.
How much did you guys pay per square foot and when did you buy? I bought mine in 2017.
Anyone receive their appointments to choose the finishes? I received mine this week.

We bought here as well and can’t wait to move in. Love the neighborhood and the fact that there are only a couple units per floor. Fit and finish looks to be quite high end as well. Can’t wait!
