Funny you mention that because I went and spoke to management yesterday. I was also really annoyed at how this was supposed to be a “state of the art” gym but it’s 5 machines in an insanely huge room. They could’ve at least put in a washroom, maybe some mirrors, some more machines. SOMETHING...

You’re supposed to do your PDI before occupancy. Not sure where they’re at, floor wise, in scheduling PDIs. What floor are you on? I’m on the 10th floor and haven’t heard anything. But I’ve walked by and noticed some people on the 7th floor have moved in. So I’m assuming it’s close.

Anyone on the 4th, 5th, 6th floor done their PDI’s or received a confirmed move-in date?

I think it would make sense if the Kingston road side had the buzzer on the outside. I’m less concerned about rain than I am about the cold winters.

They must’ve forgot. Because it’s strange. I wonder if the Kingston road entrance has it too.

For those who have gone into the building, can you confirm something? Is the buzzer system on the outside of the front door? I drove by and I noticed what looked like it outside, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that in a building. I usually see the system inside the building

I got it about 2 weeks ago. It says final occupancy date. Says nothing about closing date.

We got our final move in date, September 18th.

When walking by I can see that the kitchens are installed up to the second floor. Can’t see any higher. Our move in date has stayed the same (August 22). Hopefully it doesn’t move. I’m getting impatient :)

Yes, I live down the street so I drive by pretty often. From what I can tell they’ve drywalled up to the 4th floor. Also, found this fee schedule. Which (correct me if I’m wrong) may be the closing costs we’re expected to pay (if not capped). I’ll try to take some pictures today and post it...

Looks like we’re getting neighbors. Happy to see Kingston road getting a facelift, also really eager to check out the plans and price list.

I figure i'd give another update as it's been a month. Here are some progression pictures I recently took. I'll try to get some pictures of the north side of the building next time.
