41 Wabash is for sale. Wonder why? I live next door and am curious to see what happens now. They were about to redo Charles G. Williams Park as part of the development so I guess that is off for now.

I would agree with that. That's why we likely won't keep it. But there's at least more verification necessary for mechanical/HVAC/elevators, etc... I don't think they want to get that stuff wrong. Will cost them significantly.
I will hold my tongue for now... don't know who's snooping around these forums. And they are fixing them. Mostly hurried installations, a lot of damage... these guys were sprinting to get the place done. And we were told by the builder this was for our benefit... "we wanted to get you guys in"...
Hi all... I will not name the development for now. Wondering the best way to deal with my builder. We had the PDI one day before occupancy. I caught 59 things and felt there were more... poor paint job, damage to walls, cabinets that open the wrong way, etc... I had an inspector come in today...
People weighing in without all of the information on the UT Forum... like that's never happened before ;) I'm not looking for precision... just "yes, April is possible" or "No way in hell". They have a fairly small crew... have not even begun the interiors. We are on the second floor. I have no...
Based on those photos, anyone have any guesses as to move in? They haven't changed our occupancy from April but I don't think there's any way, is there?
Our occupancy is April 18 but I don't think it's before July. Building is 65 units and glass is not in on third and fourth floor. Anyone with experience with this stuff have an opinion?
I think Canada's Top 100 is pretty thorough... http://canadas100best.com/judges/. Sorry you didn't like it. Can't say I loved it but I do love Bar Buca.
I think this pilot is going to be adjusted to 7pm soon... It's a sensible compromise and I don't think the Mayor is an ideologue.
