I had my pre-inspection on March 1st last week. My unit is on the 3rd floor. Occupancy is set for May 3rd. As an aside, does anyone know if there are dry saunas in the building or only a steam room?

Does anybody have any recent information regarding this building? I was speaking to a few tenants in the building who said some of their units got bailiff's notices because the foreign owners haven't been paying property taxes.. there also seems to be a couple bank sales in the building at the...

5 years later... does anyone still have their units and/or recommend purchasing one in the current market? Just quickly looking at what's available in the building is making it look like a very tempting investment... I'd love to hear what others think and/or how their investments have come along.
