    I guess they're deliberating dragging it out with hopes you give up. Dealing with remaining issues here and now ceiling in master bedroom has a long crack in it and now I have to figure out how to report it as they'll say its not on the 30 day Tarion list... so on and on. They keep standing...

    Is Graywood refunding deposits to buyers of units at Centricity? They just announced they would return deposits for their Maison Wellesley project on Church Street nearby stating they wanted to increase densiiity. Can Graywood be trusted?

    Got email from broker that Graywood is releasing buyers of Maison Wellesley as they plan to redesign a larger building. Did any of you also get this notice? Wonder how this impacts community sentiment in the Village now that this won't be a "small boutique" project after all?

    I'm not sure its a good idea to prepay ... what rights would you have after you have paid off the condo prior to registration? And what if it doesnt register for some reason? Did you consult with a lawyer as I suspect your lawyer will raise some flags. We had thought of going along same route...
