So do I have a way to get what I paid for? This is ridiculous. Half the units on the same freaking floor have Miele, the others have bulky, not built-in Whirlpool appliances. Not sure what the hell happened.
Yes but in the standard features sheet, there is a clause that says "the builder may change to a product deemed equal or better and that the architects decision is final and binding".
Trust me - the units are VERY shitty made lmfao. They are crappy, tight, and is made for more of a rental. I know people that paid $1300/sqft for a studio because of the "rental guarantee" offered by the builder.
Nope.
And they downgraded half the units in the building with Walmart whirlpool appliances as opposed to the originally promised luxury Miele appliances without telling anyone. Because they have a clause that says the architect can change of equal or better quality, and their decision is final...
True but keep in mind, when someone is selling an assignment at a loss, the buyer can easily "have" 20% equity without even paying 20% down. So it's great for first time buyers as you can snatch up a unit for only like $50-$60k down and to the banks eye, it's as if you paid $120k down.
80% of small to medium sized developers are washing dirty money.
100% of large scale condo and single family/townhome developments are shit.
Build quality is getting worse and worse each year. Seems like oversight is dead.
Builders are getting very sneaky and hoping customers don't notice...
Is there anyone that wanted to buy a unit in this building before they increased prices late 2021? If so, let me know. I'll give you my unit for an unbeatable deal.
Anyone try these? mightybeans.ca
Killer low carb, high fibre, high protein crunchy snack. I had no idea what the hell "edamame" is... but now im hooked lmfao.
They're sold out of the variety pack, so I'd recommend waiting for a restock so you can try all the flavours.
But damn... guess beans...
That makes no sense! They can't just switch out Miele with whirlpool and expect you not to notice during the design appointment when you weren't even choosing appliance upgrades... besides, any changes to the APS requires an amendment. The design form is not binding as the APS is. Also, no one...
