Great pictures thecharioteer! I don't actually have huge hopes for this project. The design itself is OK but if that cladding isn't amazing, this one will be a bust. Some renders look great, some don't, and usually we get the worse looking render.

Eaton centre should be covered with mirrors, then we won't have to look at it. I don't what these changes will bring, but it better not be just some cheap glass.

This design reminds me quite a bit of the original design for 10 york, which basically was a box with a play on the facade. I remember a lot of people preferred that box to the current design of 10 york. I don't understand the hate on this tower when so many people enjoyed that box. Personally...

Will the trees be as mature as the ones in the video? It won't be that bad if they do... only negative being that it may block the ROM itself from some views. If they plant them while they're still young and provide no cover, that'll be pretty stupid.

I dont mind if it does look "busy". I think in this case more really is MORE. The whole thing is a vision and a dream made real and that is what it looks like. At the end of the day, this is going to be one complicated but a really amazing addition to Toronto. I don't think anyone should worry...
