I don't see why they can't just close Breadalbane completely from the laneway to the condo driveways.

Not sure what universe you live in, but this stretch of Bay St is dead traffic wise after 6-7pm.

I have it on good authority that as it stands today, the park will include the U driveway as-is and it will remain private property of the owners of 909 Bay Street. This is because the city apparently has been unwilling to negotiate with the residents of 909 Bay who own the parking garage below...

They should really just close off that section of Breadalbane and connect the two parks. Breadalbane really doesn't serve any purpose here.

    Toronto The Britt Condos | 142.03m | 41s | Lanterra | Arcadis

I appreciate that the entire structure isn't being demolished. Sort of like part of the history of the place will still be there... sort of. I like the trend of recycling buildings as is happening on University Ave too.

Toronto Five St Joseph | 160.93m | 48s | Five St. Joseph | Hariri Pontarini

I appreciate the signage they used, not in the window, but up top in the sign. The text is classic looking gold lettering that fits well with the building.

    Toronto The Taylor | 24.69m | 8s | Streetcar | TACT Architecture

I like how both developments have broken up street frontage that uses different design/materials to make it look like more buildings. I'm really looking forward to the Honest Ed site for this reason.

That's 880 Bay St. The site likely won't see any changes in the immediate future. Eventually, it will likely be an office tower which will be used to consolidate government offices. It would be extremely unlikely that the Ontario government would sell the property because it would make the...
