Anyone know what is happening here. Now that the warehouse is down I have observed several dump trucks bringing dirt in to fill the basement hole. Has this been cancelled or postponed? A parking lot for awhile? More trucks full of dirt pulling in as I write this... -

I think that is an old rendering proposed by the previous chair. They decided on the cheap version and basically building the glass box where you see the construction and that will be it. They are not moving part of the house closer to Bathurst as originally quoted etc...they have a rendering... -

Good for Greed - he got a few more floors. Not so good for the individuals that purchased early 2010. At least he will be consistent with delivering product about 6 - 7 years after people purchased... -

Sorry I didn't mean to open a can of worms here. Just curious as I heard December initially and sales weren't going too bad. The sales office just opened in the Spring so it hasnt been that long. I know if it were a Freed building I wouldn't expect them to break ground for 5 years or so...
