The thing is a 5.9% price increase in 416 condo market outpaces any other sectors of the market even SFH. Does it mean the condo market starts to warm again?

In terms of the interior design styles of this project, which one do you guys prefer, the classic one or the modern one?

The size of unit in this project is relatively small. I wonder from the two different interior design styles below, which one do you guys think is better. I really appreciate your inputs!

The window looks fine but the concrete definitely needs some work. Btw, I bought one unit for myself in this project, and it seems the interior selection will start soon. Does anyone else here also bought into this project? We can start to discuss some interior selection topics in Yorkville...
